Harold Elstner Talbott (b. 1888, Dayton, Ohio-d. 1957) was president Dayton Wright Airplane Company from 1916 to 1920 and served as an aviator in World War I. Hubert Reilly Harmon was born in 1892 and graduated from West Point in 1915 where he was a classmate of Dwight D. Eisenhower.
